Bystronic will show a sheet metal processing automatic production line, which includes magazine, laser cutting machine, automatic loading & unloading and robotic bending unit.
This is a typical automatic sheet metal processing production line, mainly including the magazine, laser cutting machine, automatic loading & unloading and robotic bending unit. It will include the following workflows:
1.Magazine loading: the operator uses a crane or forklift to transport the raw materials to the haystacker, and the haystacker transports the sheet material into the magazine.
2.Raw material delivery: the electric raw material table takes out the entire package of sheets from the magazine according to the production needs.
3.Loading: the truss manipulator moves to the laser loading area to pick up the sheet, and then sends the sheet to the laser cutting machine exchange table, the Z-axis moves to a safe position, and the laser cutting machine starts to work.
4.Unloading: after the sheet cutting is completed, the truss manipulator moves to the top of the table, and the gear shaping tool moves the finished sheet to the electric trolley.
5. Sorting and transferring: after the waste is manually removed, the electric trolley transports the sorted cutting pieces to the loading area of the bending unit.
6.Automatic bending: the robot grabs the cutting pieces from the electric trolley and automatically follows the set program to bend. After finished, it will palletize on the unloading tray.
